Ladder | Truth or Consequences | Sierra County | New Mexico

Property Description

Situated in breathtaking southern New Mexico, the 156,000-acre Ladder is home to a wide collection of animal species and rich historic landmarks. Its expansive landscapes, range of outdoor activities, and warm approach to hospitality guarantee memorable travel experiences that connect people to nature.

Ladder offers unique outdoor adventures and serves as a wildlife refuge for many native New Mexico species. Ladder works closely with the Turner Endangered Species Fund to help rebuild the population of threatened species such as the Chiricahua leopard frog, Bolson tortoise, Rio Grande cutthroat trout and the Mexican wolf.
