This prestigious Villa that we offer for rent on Lake Como is located just above the western shore of the lake, next to the beautiful Cernobbio viewpoint and just 20 minutes from Como and 1 hour from Bellagio and Milan. It is the starting point for some spectacular hiking trails and offers beautiful views of the Alps. Numerous water sports are available and it is easy to spend a whole day sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing, and kitesurfing. This elegant historic residence can accommodate up to 11 people, between the main villa and the adjacent tower. The villa has two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a balcony and the other with a private furnished terrace. There is a single room that can easily become a double room if needed as the bed opens up to provide a second mattress. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, safe, kettle, and piped music to listen to music even outside. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, complete the first floor. On the mezzanine, there is an additional single bed with a private bathroom. The tower can accommodate four people and serves as a romantic guesthouse right next to the main house. The ground floor offers a breathtaking view of the lake from the various and splendid lounges. The dining room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. A further bathroom and laundry area complete the ground floor.
