Villa Roxanne is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in Gustavia within minutes of the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. Opening to a full ocean view, this villa offers all-day sun and partial sunsets.

Comprised of 2 houses, the main building opens onto the front terrace facing the ocean and surrounds the large lap pool. An outdoor, covered dining area provides a large teak dining table with seating for up to 12 guests.

The living room has a minimalist design with white décor, and modern white leather sofas and armchairs. This large room has a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, separated from the living room by a large bar with stools, and opens to a terrace. On the other side is the master bedroom, which is decorated in white and brown tones and has an ocean view.

The second building accommodates the other 5 bedrooms. The rooms upstairs have an ocean view, while the rooms down below open to a tropical patio. Each of the bedrooms, decorated in blue tones, has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The fully air-conditioned house also has a barbecue, Dish US in all rooms, WiFi, Apple TV, and French and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Roxanne comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
