Villa Casa Del Mar is a 6-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa is comprised of 2 separate villas on the island’s east coast. The villas are perched on almost 2 acres of private land on magnificent cliffs and adjacent to more than 20 acres of green, unconstructed land with breathtaking views and walking areas.

Both villas feature furniture from B&B Italia, Dedon and Valcucine. Villa Casa del Sol, perched on top of the property, has 2 bedrooms, a swimming pool, sundecks, living room, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area. The villas are connected via landscaping and stone pathways.

Casa del Mar has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private sun decks. Common areas include several sundecks surrounding the heated pool, the outdoor dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned living room area.

Below the main floor of Casa del Mar is a comfortable family theater room with a screen projector and surround sound. Adjoining the theater is a workout center with a bathroom and shower. An outdoor cliff-side dining and BBQ pavilion is on the far end of the property, as well as a 60-square-yard stone sundeck and an 8-person stone Jacuzzi with stunning ocean views.

The Casa Del Sol villa is only rented in combination with Casa Del Mar, and not separately. The houses also have WiFi and video surveillance.
