In order to weather the accumulating storm and emerge to reopen and reconnect you with the Flinders Ranges landscape, Wild Bush Luxury has taken the difficult decision to temporarily close Arkaba to guest arrivals.

Baillie Lodges regrets to advise that Southern Ocean Lodge was destroyed in the bushfires that ran across Kangaroo Island in early January 2020 and the property is now closed. Baillie Lodges is immediately committed to rebuilding the lodge and to taking a leading role in helping to rebuild the tourism industry on Kangaroo Island. However, a reopening date has not been determined at this time.

The Louise, an idyllic luxury vineyard retreat, encompassing acclaimed restaurant Appellation, is situated on a gentle hill surrounded by hundreds of acres of vines, with breathtaking vistas across the world renowned Barossa Valley.
